1. Prices: Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Orders subject to current prices at time of shipment..
2. Payment Terms: C.O.D. orders. Net 30 days upon credit approval.
3. F.O.B.: All prices quoted are F.O.B. our warehouses. Unless otherwise specified.
4. Shipping: Any orders placed before 1:00 PM MST Time will be shipped on the same day.
5. Packaging: We offer our complete line of inkjet cartridges, printer ribbons, toner cartridges, white boxes. Rolled Paper in brown boxes. And equipment in there respective boxes.
6. Drop Shipping: We will be more than glad to blind drop ship to your customers direct at no extra cost .
7. Warranty: We warrant our products are free of manufacture defects in material and workmanship, in order to meet your expectations as well as your customers' expectations and satisfaction.  Our Warranty Is Valid For a Period of 90 days from Date of Invoice Global Supply Network shall not be liable for any special or consequential loss or damage of any nature with respect to any product sold. No product is warranted to be fit for a particular use or application except as specifically represented or agreed to in writing by Global Supply Network (GSN).
8. Claims: Claims for errors must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Claims for freight damage should be addressed to the carrier.
9. Returns: All returned products must have a RMA issued by Global Supply Network (GSN) and enclosed with the return shipment. Important Note: RMA number must be printed on the outside of the returned carton to be accepted. RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. There will be a $20.00 return fee on all packages without an RMA#.
10. Special Orders: All special orders are sold on a non-returnable basis.
11. Re-stocking Charge: A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for: products that are refused and returned to our warehouse due to incorrect or unknown address provided to us on a drop shipment; products ordered incorrectly.
12. Liability: We are not responsible for any damages resulting from improper storage or from customer misuse. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages. We attempt to provide the most accurate information possible. However, we can only be held liable for incorrect product selections based on incorrect information provided in this price list.
